Dave's Goals

I am looking for a couple things from this exercise:

• To be able to write my own webpages on the fly
  using a simple text editor
• To learn how to use the common and also the newest
  languages common to the web.
• To use this knowledge to create my own webpages with
  both static and dynamic content
• To use this newfound knowledge and skill to author
  a website for my own company
